Canopy Kapok and Video Round-Up

With our Kapok case putting buttons under peoples fingers (and a tripod mount that has nothing to do with fingers) it seems like a good time to remind folks that we have a few videos here that help you use your camera to make better videos and pictures…

FYI in your settings tab you can add a burst mode to your Kapok’s shutter button, so git out thar and shoot!

In related news a little while ago we asked ten people to contribute videos made with our Canopy Camera Tools app and our Jumba case that you can put on a tripod and they’re pretty sweet.

Big news update

As some may have noticed we launched a new page on the web site with a bunch of accessories like small tripods and grip like super-clamps and a cool mini ball head as well as a bunch of other stuff which is all geared to making better videos (and photos) with Canopy Jumba and Kapok cases which mount easily to any tripod (or similar 1/4 20″ screw thread).

Speaking of… we are shipping all of our Kapok pre-orders!!!

Which also means we are now fulfilling new orders for the Kapok case (that’d be the one that adds the 2 buttons) so look for lots of news going forward about that as well as other cool stuff too. The Kapok works with the free Canopy Camera Tools app to give you a host of new shooting possibilities and makes using the camera on your iPhone as easy as a point and shoot camera. We’re also working with third party developers to build more apps (with our free SDK) that use the buttons and expand what you can do!
